1, push back your cuticle with the cuticle pusher
2, L ightly buff the nail surface with a nail file
3, clean & dry the nail with rubbling aclcohol or nail polish remover
4,choose a sticky tab size that matches your natural nail size
5, place the sticky tab on your nail and then press the press on nails down starting from the cuticle and working towards the tip press for 30 second.
how to remove
1, soak nails in warm water for 2-3 minutes (Tips: do not attempt to force or pull nails off)
2, find a small gap and gently push the cuticle pusher underneath the nails until they lift off
3, remover left over glue or stickt tabs from your nails
